Excellent condition. No flaws to note. Sturdy silky material that is smooth to the touch. Really great quality fabric. I’m not certain what the material is but if I’d have to guess it’s silk or rayon. Metal zipper up back. Flouncy ruffles neckline. Made in Honolulu Hawaii.
