It doesn't have a size label but the measurements flat are:
Shoulder to shoulder      20"
Underarm to underarm   27"
Length                            31"
It's probably cotton mix   ( barkcloth?).
It has a patch pocket and an extra button still attached inside.
Material is textured and soft.
