Shipping
We provide fast, free shipping.  Our stock all ships from US based warehouses via major carriers (e.g. UPS, Fedex) so you get them fast and in good condition.  Most packages are shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving cleared payment (see special notice on Freight Shipping below).  You will be notified via eBay messages as soon as your items ship.
For select items, we ship internationally through eBay's Global Shipping Program (further details, see below).
Freight Shipping
Special Notice for freight items: If an item ships via Freight (Truck) Delivery, a valid phone number will be required so that the carrier can contact you with regard to delivery. The item may be dropped off with curbside delivery. An adult signature may be required. Please be sure to have available help on hand to assist you with moving the item to the desired location in or outside of your home. Freight can have longer shipping times than regular ground packages due to extra routing, transport and personnel requirements.
International Shipping
All of our international shipping is handled by eBay's Global Shipping Program. Once you place an order with us, we ship your item free of charge to eBay's Global Shipping Center within the U.S. There they process and forward your item to the address you provided. When making your purchase, all costs incurred above our item price is determined and collected by eBay for customs duties, taxes, etc. So, if you have questions regarding those charges please contact eBay directly because we have no access to that information.

If ordering electrical items outside of the U.S., please note that they will come equipped with a standard U.S. voltage plug. Furthermore, these products are manufactured according to the specifications of the US Electrical Standards and codes. Returns
When returning an item, it must be in all of the original packaging and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it. The item and package should be in original and perfect condition.
All returns must be done within the stated return period. Please note that we cannot give refunds or replacements after the return period has expired. When sending in a return, please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the return to be processed.
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. We are extremely fair, and in the rare event of something out of the ordinary happening with our products or shipping, we will gladly work with you to find a solution.
