Condition: Previously owned, good condition for the type item and age. Observations are some writing on front cover, while the inside pages in great condition there are smudges. The cover has stains, rough edges and folds. Very little writing, with discoloration on cover. Page dates from 1949 to 1954. Original assessment was these had been stored in a dirty shop (radiator, welding, other) environment and that was the reason for stains, other conditions issues. However as I sorted I now believe that some were in a smoke and/or fire environment. See photographs for your own assessment of condition.
