Condition: Previously owned, acceptable condition for the type item and age. Observations are heavy discoloration and edge wear on cover, didn't see any writing, and a number of pages with smudges. Page dates from 1947 to 1950. Original assessment was these had been stored in a dirty shop (radiator, welding, other) environment and that was the reason for stains, other conditions issues. However as I sorted I now believe that some were in a smoke and/or fire environment. See photographs for your own assessment of condition.
