Leybold Oerlikon TD300 Vacuum Turbo Drive Controller As Is

I am unable to test the item so it is being sold "as is."  It powers up with the "PWR" and "ERR" lights on, as pictured.  Item is sold as shown, no cords or anything else included.  Item is used and shows normal wear and scuff marks.  See pictures for details and let me know if you have any questions.
