COMES AS SHOWN!    Some cosmetic wear. Front display plastic cover overlays have some light tears, but readout itself works fine.   Powers up, but goes into an alarm.  No accessories including standard power cord, no means to test fully!  High cost, high value equipment for a fraction of the price of new!  Sold as is for parts or repair!
1.  We are surplus equipment dealers and do not have the ability or knowledge to test equipment for functionality beyond plugging it in and describing what we observe as best we can.
