PAYMENT OPTIONS

Complete payment must be made within 3 days of placing your order (buy-it-now option) or winning your bid. We will ship the package only after the payment has been verified and cleared. Pennsylvania residents by law are subject to a 8% sales tax on item won in auction. We can only ship to the address we receive from PayPal. We cannot ship to any address you give us over the phone, email or eBay message. Please make sure you choose the correct address when you make the payment. SHIPPING POLICIES

Paypal Payments will be shipped to your PayPal listed address only. No international shipping, please. We cannot ship To: APO/FPO. Most packages are signature required and will be insured for auction winning amount. We cannot use the customer's account to ship an item. We cannot reroute a shipment after it has left our shipping department. Please make sure that someone is available to sign for your package at the ship-to address. The shipping cost stated in this auction is valid only for the 48 contiguous US states. We use either FedEx or USPS at our discretion to ship the item. We will email you the tracking number once we ship the package to you. Shipping insurance is included on all purchases. If a claim needs to be filed with the carrier
the buyer will be responsible for filing it

RETURN POLICIES

All returns must be approved by phone within 3 days of delivery before you ship any item back to us. If you ship an item back to us without calling us prior to shipping the package will be refused and returned to you. Returned items are reviewed by us upon receiving them. If new items have been used or opened, a 20% restocking fee may apply and will be determined once our review is done. Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable way to return it. All returns must be approved. Refused packages will be treated as an unauthorized return. Make sure we authorized your return.
